Satisfaction Guarantee:

All tubers sold are grown with great love and care here at PineHillFlower Farm. Every tuber in the online store was personally grown, divided and stored by me! We want you to have a successful growing season and have prepared and inspected your tubers many times before shipping.

We guarantee your dahlia tubers will be true to its photo on our website and arrive with at least one eye. Please keep in mind our tubers are coming out of cold storage and the eyes will most likely be dormant. Depending on conditions, dormant eyes may take 4-6 weeks to wake up.

Please inspect your tubers upon arrival and contact us within 3 days if you have any concerns. Please understand that tubers are perishable; weather, growing conditions, poor customer care, or pest damage are beyond on our control, and we are unable to give refunds. Shipping is non-refundable. 

Substitutions and Cancellations:

All sales are final and there are no cancellations. If something goes wrong with our storage and we are unable to ship a particular tuber, you will be notified via email and together we will decide what is best.
